Welcome to this space, I am glad you are here. By Caro B is my offering of rituals and alchemy that I am so grateful to be sharing with the world.
Healing always called to me. A younger Caroline would seek out refuge amongst the trees in her garden or the North Sea ocean as sanctuaries of calm. As I grew older my healing journey deepened with the discovery of herbs, where I began to create my own tea blends, with each cup of tea becoming an integral partner of my tea time rituals. These rituals supported me as I navigated through my struggles with a heart condition.
My Apothecary is the home of herbal enchantment, where every offering is infused with the mystical energies of the moon and blessed with sacred intentions.

For many years I have wanted to create a sanctuary. One day I will have the land I desire. I will have healing gardens, A bountiful kitchen garden, fields of wild flowers, woodlands with a floor of ferns, towered by pine, goddess and oak trees.
Nestled amongst this magic will be a place where people come to rest, to heal and find peace. A space where sound can guide you into a cocoon of lullabies, where oceans of sound aid the deepest of sleeps that you can float off to. A place where you can nourish yourself with foods from the land that make your soul want to sing. A little nook where you can learn about the magic and wonder of our home and explore an ever evolving seasonal offering of healing therapies.
