This is an invitation for you to join from the earth, where each lunar cycle you will receive a mini parcel full of remedies, rituals and slow seasonal living.
My own healing is rooted so deeply in nature and connecting to the earth. From the earth is all about moving towards gentle and softening practices that become a cyclical offerings for your own seasonal wellbeing.
from the earth is my eclectic gathering of earthing herbal wonder, inviting you to weave all this grounding knowledge with your own intuitive guidance.
Each cycle you will receive a letter from me, a hand blended By Caro B tea bag for the lunar cycle, a herbal pouch with rituals and recipes cards to help you create your own apothecary items.
You will also receive meditations and playlists that help you meet the energy of the herb. These are easily accessed via QR codes.
